The PTI Handbook outlines the general ethos and structure, and the processes and procedures of The Peoples Tribunal. It also contains the European Court’s qualifiers for the establishment of the PTI, and the legal necessity for all Member States of the United Nations, the European Union and the Council of Europe to have at least ONE properly-functioning institution in each Member State that consistently respects and abides by the Rule of Law.

The relevant sections of the PTI Handbook are subject to amendment by the PTI Council. The latest versions will be uploaded here.
